\nOur CADMEC Cord Formation Medium is a proprietary medium developed to induce morphological differentiation of CADMEC in Attachment Factor Solution coated tissue culture ware in 50% confluent culture. This medium induces CADMEC to form cord-like structures in 48 hours. These differentiated cells will resume their cobblestone morphology when switched back to CADMEC Growth Medium. It is supplemented with defined components to allow angiogenesis studies on the Attachment Factor-coated tissue culture ware without the interference of undefined components in Matrigel. Available without Phenol Red (114PR-500).
